FishTix

Every tender, live. Every ticket, filed.

Every lift your tenders weigh shows up in the office as it happens. Each ticket is checked against the State's rules at the rail, then files with eLandings under your own login as soon as the boat has signal. Nobody in the office keys it, uploads it or chases a signature.

The cannery office's Today page: today's and the season's pounds, three rejected tickets with the State's reason and a Send again button, the last fourteen days as a chart, and the fleet with each tender's status.

What the thumb drive costs you.

The drive comes ashore days after the fish did, and someone in the office uploads it. A rejected ticket sends them after a boat that's already back on the grounds, and tickets missing a signature go back out in a manila envelope. All the while you plan ice, RSW and plant shifts without knowing what your tenders are holding.

Know what's coming before it reaches the dock.

One page shows every tender you've contracted, what it has aboard and how full it is. Plan crews, ice and RSW from real pounds instead of a guess.

Afloat now.

The pounds aboard your tenders right now, updated within a minute of each lift. A tender that loses signal catches up as soon as it's back.

Tank by tank.

What each tender holds by species and how much room is left, so you know who can take another load. Transfers between tenders show on both.

Who's on the water.

See which tenders are online right now, and when you last heard from the others.

The State's answer, on every ticket.

Every ticket shows where it stands: accepted, waiting for signal, or turned down with the State's own message. A rejected ticket goes back in one click, and every request and reply is kept word for word.

Fewer rejections to begin with. The app checks each ticket against the State's rules before it closes, so most mistakes get fixed at the rail, not in the office.

The paper, tracked. Each accepted ticket shows whether it has been printed and mailed, and flags the ones running late on the State's seven days.

The office's Tickets ledger: every ticket of the season with its landing time, ticket number, tender, boat, holder, net pounds, its State status and whether the paper has been printed or mailed.

Quality on your terms.

Set the rules once per tender for the season, and the app holds the crew to them at the rail. Every ticket comes in showing they were kept.

Chill temps you can trust.

QC can't finish a boat on fewer probes than you set, and every chill temp shows how many fish it came from.

Bled or whole, as QC saw it.

When QC marks a delivery differently from what the captain said, the ticket shows both.

No stuffed brailers.

Set how much heavier one bag may run than the one beside it. Any bag over that is flagged before the ticket closes, and the ticket says whether the brailers met your criteria.

Every pound accounted for.

From the tender's scale to your dock scale to your books, the numbers line up, or you see exactly where they don't.

The dock against the tally.

Each offload shows the dock weight beside the tender's count and the difference between them, so shrink shows up the day it happens.

The ticket on file.

When the State accepts a ticket, a PDF with both signatures is made, and that's the copy everyone prints. Every change records who and when, and a closed ticket never changes.

Into your ERP.

Tickets, lines and weights export as a CSV any accounting system or ERP can import, for the season or one tender. Want a direct connection to yours? We'll build it.

Signatures the State accepts.

ADF&G has approved e-signatures on FishTix tickets. The fishing captain signs on their own phone, the tender signs on the iPad, and nobody carries paper across the rail.

Sealed when signed.

Each signature is kept with the time, the place and the device it was made on, and sealed so it can't be changed without it showing.

A witness when needed.

If the captain's phone is dead, they sign on the tender's iPad with a crew member as witness, and the witness's statement goes on the record too.

Paper when wanted.

Every ticket still prints, identical in content to the paper ticket you know, whenever anyone asks for one.
